Bruce Lee
More great images from what was pretty much Bruce Lee’s own, Kung Fu Monthly. Bruce as Kato, the original Green Hornet, has to be another favourite of mine. Oh and that jumpsuit looks familiar in another poster…Keep in mind that these posters are coming on 40 years of age. Their worn condition demonstrates this perfectly and in no way detracts from the vintage.

“High kick? In these strides?” Bruce Lee demonstrates some of his many qualities as Kato in the original Green Hornet.’

“I’m looking for someone called Bill?” ‘Bruce Lee created the 70′s TV concept ‘Kung Fu’ calling it ‘The Warrior’. David Carradine, a westerner, controversially got the job. Fast forward a quarter century to Quentin Tarantino’s ‘Kill Bill’ films’. Uma Thurman, dressed the same way as Bruce Lee in his film ‘Game of Death’, plays an unstoppable warrior whilst seeking revenge on David Carradine. Why am I telling you this? Because you need to know. Kung Fu Monthly 25
